Strategic workshops

The main aim of the workshop series is to set a long-term company strategy, which is oriented on realization of the vision. Initially, the owners and stakeholders are involved in the preparation by declaring their ownership strategy. Together with the top management we then work on the company strategy for next three years and specification for the following year. The output is the BSC strategy defined with mesurable goals in all four perspectives – finance, customer, processes, people. Subsequently there are workshops, in which other levels of management are already involved and we transform the strategic goals into concrete actions using the Hoshin Kanri method.
The main value added of this series of strategic workshops is involvement of all company management levels in in the strategy formation. The inter-departmental cooperation is strengthened and company employees know at all times how their actions enhance the strategic goals. Therefore the strategy becomes a daily work and the energy of all is directed towards its fulfillment.
In further work on specific events, we participate in the strategic projects management, where we help by mentoring in specific areas, such as digitalization projects, process optimalization or change project management connected with company culture and social innovation. The work with strategy is based on principles that are similar in all companies, however the subsequent strategic projects management is very individual and is always prepared to meet the specific requirements of each client.
