Lean Production Projects
The result of lean processes implementation is an improvement of material and information flow in the company by elimination of all types of waste with an aim to increase productivity, flexibility, quality and to fulfil requirements of customers and company owners.
Lean production projects always begin by mapping the current processes and needs of the company. For the initial analysis, we use tools such as measuring and scanning of production processes, audit of lean production level or mapping the value flows. We interpret the acquired data to the clients, and we moderate their strategy how to approach the lean production. We prefer the process approach rather than implementation of individual methods and tools of lean production.
We implement the processes of lean production via workshops or projects according to the extent of implementation and complexity of changes. Subsequently, the draw of future state and specific implementation plan is created from these activities. Before the implementation itself there is a preparation for change, both in the area of technological preparation and human preparation for the change.That is one of the critical moments, which defines the success of implementation and sustainability of future state.

Both during the implementation process and after that we secure the standardization and stabilization of changes. During six weeks after implementation we are present by our clients and we lead members of the team to regular check and support of the workers in processes. All problems related to the new situation are promptly solved, monitored and their cause is disposed.
At the end of these activities and projects we evaluate effectiveness of changes so we can evaluate the contributions and appreciation of all participants of the change.
