Increasing the efficiency of production
To provide the fluency of production flow (process) you need to master the following topics, which we train in the companies as a whole programme or individually. The outcome is faster, more efficient and high-quality performance of the production orders.

The aim of this module is to learn how to work with standards as the tool for increasing the efficiency of processes. The participants learn the principles of standardization of activities and processes, they gain a methodology, which will enable them to create and apply the standards in processes.

The aim of this module is to learn how to identify a wasting in a workplace. During this module participants learn the principles of the lean production, they find out which types of wasting are common in workplaces. They learn how to identify such a wasting in practice and how to solve it, for example by the method 5S or by analysing and measuring of work. This module has an impact also on ergonomics of workplace, because the employees optimize the layout of their workplace.
The aim of this module is to increase the quality of production. The participants learn the methods, which lead to the revealing of poor quality as well as to prevention. They will manage 8D report focused on immediate resolving of internal problems and the work with production documentation of quality. The tool Five-times-why will enable them to continuously improve the quality of production and assemblies.
The aim of this module is to learn how to improve the processes and workplace with the use of the low cost intelligent automation. The participants gain a general knowledge about the LCIA, they learn how to eliminate complicated moves, to make use of physical laws in their work, to think about using simple and available materials and components, to use the space maximally etc.
The aim of this module is to learn the basic principles and methodology of total productive
maintenance, to understand how to implement TPM in the workplaces. The participants learn the tools, which will help them to respond to the problems with machines they operate or service, and they learn to execute their preventive maintenance.
The aim of this module is to implement and maintain the process of continuous improvement. The participants learn how to identify the problems, to solve them by four-phase method of solving problems in order to prevent the repeating of problems in the future. They will use the principles of KAIZEN to continuous improvement.
