HR consulting
For our clients, we develop the functional HR process, which supports the overall company strategy. We start by analyzing the current state, mapping the process and naming its weaknesses. We monitor whether the process provides in its outputs what other processes require from it. Subsequently, we cooperate with the internal project team on defining a new HR process, setting up the KPIs and preparation of people for their role in managing this process. The main value added is the resault which leads to the increase in efficiency of employees, simplification of HR processes and their setting so they would be supportive in realization of overall company strategy.
While setting up the HR process, we prepare people who will subsequently manage and control this process and therefore we ensure a long-term sustainability of all changes which are connected with the new setting of HR process.
HR consulting projects are led by experienced mentors who carried out a specific HR position in their previous work experience.
