Competencies in Industry 4.0 

The training program is based on the logic of the Competency Model I4.0 I4.0 which we developed at New Dimension and is suitable for various target groups, from TOP management, through middle and production management to project teams in larger companies, also for small, medium and non- manufacturing companies. The main goal of the program is to start the process of preparing people to master the digital company environment.
Both participants and their superiors are involved in the program in the form of active cooperation in solving practical tasks that lead to the creation of a development strategy for employees in I4.0 competencies.
