When building, expanding and developing business teams and departments, we follow an agile methodology. This approach allows us to focus on the greatest value added for the client and gives the possibility of immediate response based on continuous evaluation of the current situation and reduces risks. The result is a functional business team with salespeople who know their KPIs and how to achieve them effectively.
The basic prerequisite for successful building and development of business teams is knowledge of the initial state.In this phase, together with the sales team, we create a process map of the current operation of the business in the company to identify bottlenecks and waste. We identify market position, competition and customers. At the same time, we get to know people in the business process, their knowledge, skills and attitudes.
Once we present the results of the analysis to the client, the goal that the client wants to achieve is set. This is the area that "burns him the most" and its solution will bring him the greatest value added. The achievement of the target state is devided into short sprints within the agile form. Sub-goals are set for each sprint separately and are aimed to achieve the highest possible benefit.
