The aim of digital preparedness assessment is to evaluate the level of knowledge and the level of application of digitization and automatization elements in company processes, to define priority areas for digitization and automatization development in the company and to create the basis of company strategy for development of company digitization processes.

Digital preparedness assessment begins with an analytical meeting in a form of discussion with the client, where the goals and conditions of audit are settled. The audit is led by 2 consultants during 1 – 3 days according to the company size and and takes the form of interviews and demonstrations of implemented components directly in the place where they are used, at predetermined time.
The output of the audit is a final report which includes the assessment of digitization and automatization level in each part of the company.
The report includes:
Point evaluation of audited areas
Comments on the evaluation
Recommendation of priority areas for digitization
At the same time, the report is an entrance for the workshop about digital strategy preparation, which should always follow. Digital strategy preparation is carried out for 2 – 3 years and its disintegration into specific projects and tasks is created for following half a year or one year.
