Assesssment/Development centre
The aim of Assessment/Development centre (later referred as AC/DC) is to evaluate the current level and potential of participants in the predefined competences, to verify the initial level of their behaviour and attitudes with respect to their current or considered position.
The output from AC/DC is an individual assessment of each participant including graphic evaluation of the monitored competences level, specification of participant’s strengths and limits with respect to his job position, diagnostic tests results and according to the type of analysis – recommendation or non-recommendation for the position, recommendation for further development etc.

AC/DC has an interactive form using simulation and interactive activities, model situations, case studies, individual and group stress tests, documentation analysis and additional diagnostic and output tests.
The opportunity for participants, how to increase the value added from AC/DC, is the individual handover of outputs. The evaluator hands the output over with interpretation and feedback. The outputs are handed over in depth with the high level of interactions from participants and superior.
