Radka Šušková

In 2008, Radka founded New Dimension, Ltd., utilizing her experience in strategic business management. With her clients she enjoys the work of strategic workshops moderator, coach and consultant. She supports company owners and directors in setting up strategic management.
She actively works in associations that focus mainly on the Moravian-Silesian Region and thus contribute to working with the potential of the people in it. She is currently building a training company in Manila in the Philippines as part of a partnership with the company Progress Coaches.

Marek Kavulok
„Human being = creature looking for sense.“
In 2008, Marek founded New Dimension, Ltd., in which he assumed responsibility for the methodology and expertise of the lecturer team for development and quality consultation. His work with clients focuses primarily on moderating strategic workshops, creating training centers and individual development of managers at all levels of management. Currently, he helps owners of small and medium-sized businesses to set up strategic management of their companies. At the same time, as an external manager he leads HR processes for clients, including recruitment and adaptation of key people to positions linked to key strategic goals.

Miroslav Marek
„It is not necessary to change. Survival is not mandatory.“
With New Dimension Mirek draws upon over twenty years of experience with lean manufacturing systems, and teamwork in world-class companies. He works with our clients’management. He focuses on the strategic development of companies using our COOPERATION 3.4 methodology, linking the development of people and processes.
He actively cooperates with the multinational company IMIG – International Management & Innovation Group, AG, where he is a partner for lean manufacturing and lean manufacturing projects for the Czech Republic.
In 2012, Mirek founded Productive systems, s.r.o., the mission of which is to support companies in the field of performance and innovation.

Lenka Chýlková
“You can do whatever you set your mind to.”
In New Dimension, Lenka manages business and marketing. She leads a team of customer project managers and manages a project office. She works with clients as a consultant for subsidies and strategy and management of business teams. She has used her many years of experience in developing and managing customer development programs.
Currently she is involved in the development and implementation of a marketing campaign within the newly-developed training company in Manila, Philippines, which is part of the New Dimension partnership with the company Progress Coaches.

Dagmar Alexová
“Sometimes you just stumble, because there’s something you need to find down there.”
Dagmar’s accumulated position includes a wide range of activities that she performs in New Dimension. She ensures office operations, building management, and the associated administrative agenda. She is an assistant to both company executives, manages the personnel agenda and OSH personnel documentation.
She supports financial management of the company. She leads the EU funded New Dimension, Ltd. staff training project, and she also deals with GDPR issues within the company. For clients she works on outcomes from development activities, and is an assessor of the Assessment / Development center and a trainer of experiential activities.

Iveta Štvartáková
“If you really want something, the whole universe will conspire to make it happen.”
Iveta applies her expertise and experience with clients in talent programs, various forms of individual work with company employees, trainings aimed at finding potential and removal of internal barriers. With clients she leads projects focused on the change of corporate culture by working with people and their attitudes. Her proposals for development programs are lead by the line of creative approach and offer of unusual ways to achieve the desired shift in people.
She is currently involved in the systematic development of the entire New Dimension team and supports the outstanding know-how of its coaches and lecturers. As the Director of the Association of Integrative Coaches, she connects the world of companies and coaching in a useful way.

Zlatuše Strnadlová
“Here and now.”
In her work as a lecturer and trainer, Zlatka focuses on the development of production management. She has implemented a number of long-term development programs for foremen and team leaders focused on developing competencies and improving processes. Her specialization includes shopfloor management, managing cooperative teams, teamwork, effective communication, time management, problem management, and more.
Zlatka is also an accredited coach. Her two-year training in integrative coaching has led her not only to develop the potential of managers but also to coaching people looking for a way to change. She likes to see her work yielding results. She is a member of the Association of Integrative Coaches.

Jiří Lichovník
“Be yourself the change you want to see in the world.”
Jiří as a New Dimension project manager and lecturer communicates and solves projects in international teams at the technical and managerial levels. He gained experience in projects within the EU, e.g. in Germany, France, Spain, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, but also in projects outside the EU, in Ukraine, Russia, Turkey.
He actively cooperates with the multinational company IMIG (International Management & Innovation Group, AG), a partner of New Dimension. He works here as a senior consultant for lean manufacturing trainings and projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.

Šárka Matýs
“You can do everything you really want to.”
Šárka is responsible for the systematic development of customer project managers in New Dimension, following the Cooperation3.4 methodology, which focuses on the development of people together with processes. She proposes and manages integrated training systems for clients, and during implementation she is a partner of TOP managers. She is a moderator and facilitator of strategic workshops. As a coach, she uses her practical experience in business, HR process, and management by integrating different approaches and orientations.
For the self-knowledge and self-development of managers or merchants she also uses a unique method of coaching – Horsemanship. As a lecturer and trainer she focuses mainly on the development of production teams, managers and business teams.

Kristýna Pochvalitová
„Always hope but never expect.“
As a project manager, Kristýna leads corporate education projects with the support of the EU. She also specializes in experience programs and works with students as part of the QUO VADIS project – the Moravian-Silesian Region through the eyes of young people. She cooperates closely with the Association for the Development of the Moravian-Silesian Region and participates in activities focused on this locality. As a lecturer of leadership topics, she uses her experience gained in the position of executive director of a private language school.
Kristýna trains in both Czech and English. She is an instructor of experiential activities with a focus on communication and teamwork.

Michal Zgabaj

Michal is a specialist for creating production cells and lines, slim layout and workplaces. He works with people in manufacturing and business companies, leads professional trainings and, above all, comprehensive projects. He deals with the introduction of productive systems in both small and medium companies as well as in large multinational corporations.

Petra Klapuchová
“Whether you think you can or think you can’t – you’re right.”
Petra is a significant contributor to building an educational company in the Philippines.
She trains and coaches in Czech, English, French and Spanish. In her lecture work, she applies an interactive approach and supports clients primarily in soft-skills development. In doing so she uses her experience in managerial practice. In coaching she applies an integrative approach with a strong focus on unleashing the personal potential of individuals.
With clients, she focuses both on executive coaching and supervising managers, as well as on life coaching. Petra is a board member of the World of Education, non-profit organization, and also actively collaborates with the Association of Integrative Coaches as its member and coach.

Hanna Ciencialová
„A mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work if it is not open.“
As a New Dimension project manager Hanna is responsible for the creation of the company’s marketing face. She also specializes in preparation, organization and direct work with young people within the project QUO VADIS – Moravian-Silesian Region through the eyes of young people in close cooperation with the Association for the Development of the Moravian-Silesian Region. In providing support to lecturers, customer project managers and executives, she focuses on organizing marketing events, workshops, and other activities.
In direct work with clients, she is involved in the preparation and implementation of experiential activities focusing on communication and teamwork.
